Voladores De Papantla
Tree of life representing the rite of the flying that is a religious manifestation originating in Mesoamerica Mexico. This ritual is associated with fertility, however according to anthropological records, the dance existed with other characteristics and was related to the religious cult in the post-classical era, thanks to the fact that it was incorporated into the Totonac culture and later the Aztecs added solar elements and of greater danger, since dance is executed with four dancers that represent the four cardinal points, but dances were observed with only two dancers.
This spectacular Mexican craftsmanship showing us a little of the culture of the Papantla flyers is associated with the fertility represented by the descent of the dancers, who symbolize the fall of the rain.
